d20 Tavern

We had our wedding reception at D20 on Oct 28, 2023. And let me tell you, it was everything I didn't know I wanted. We started planning things with Mark and Melissa in April. My husband and I both wanted a reception location that was unique and flexible enough to work with our vision. The D20 team were more than willing to accommodate us. We tried multiple beverages before agreeing to a menu plus Mark's on tap menu. Melissa contacted their vendors for additional non-alcoholic options for our guests, connected our play list to their sound system and put wedding messages on their screens. Mark also work with Two Gentlemen of Verona to add beer and / or soda floats to the menu! We received multiple compliments from guests and had a few groups of friends utilize the variety of board games in the D20 collection. I LOVE the staff and this place!! They have a full wall of games and the staff have a wealth of knowledge of their games as well as the drinks they serve. I actually work remotely at D20 almost every Friday, and even though I'm there for several hours and take up a large table with my laptop and whatnot the staff is nothing but kind. There have been other spots around the square that haven't always been down with me taking a table to myself on a Friday But D20 is perpetually welcoming and kind. There is a great energy there and everyone is super helpful. Visit D20, have fun, and tip well.

They do not serve food so I have no rating on food to give. You BYOF(bring your own food). Nice selecting of canned beverages and wines. There are a few sodas too for the ones who prefer nonalcoholic. I really like the superb cleanliness of the restroom and the variety of games. It's really a huge selection of games. Then there was even another little room with maybe some extras or special games that I was curious about, but did not ask. "Employees only". Overall this was a nice adventure, and we plan to be back

We stopped in to check this place out as we read about in the paper this past summer. It's such a fun concept! Stop in and play a game (they've got plenty!!) And have a drink, it's also Bring your food, so if your game runs long or you're playing a campaign you're covered for those 5 hour stents! They also have "dungeons" in their basement for rent if you play DND and want to have some ambiance! Can't wait to go back here and take our friends!

This place is a gem! We found it earlier this summer & waited for our friends to visit so we could return & play. It was so packed, but not long after we got there a table opened up. They have some great brews & SO many games! Loved the experience & we will be back. The staff was very friendly & helpful as we learned how they worked the joint.
